The major duties are as follows:

•          Recommends/interprets diet nutrition support by utilizing best practice guidelines.

•          Counsels individuals and groups in normal and therapeutic nutrition and provides nutrition plan.

•          Conducts informal/formal teaching to other staff.

•          Teaches and mentors dietetic interns.
